Register/ Sign up

Before you can launch your online store on ListBuy, you’d need to register first. At this stage, all you need to do is to provide your basic information including your full name, email address, phone number and your password. With these details, you cansuccessfully sign up and go on to activate your shop.

Get Started

Registered successfully? Awesome! Once you’ve signed up to ListBuy, you’d be shown a sample dashboard containing sample metrics and data. Now, these metricsaren’t yours but are merely a glimpse of what your online store could look like whenyou get started. Click on “Get Started” and then click on “activate shop” to set up your store.

Activate Your Shop

At this stage, all you need to do is to provide information about your business and products. Simply fill in the required fields and upload your business logo. You’re almost there!

Complete Setup and Launch Your Shop

Once you’ve activated your shop, you can then go on to complete your setup by filling in some additional details and Voila! Your very own online store has been launched.

Start Selling

You can now start selling and tracking your progress. Don’t forget to add your new products each time you launch them. We’d be here for you any day, any time!

How to Add New Products To Your Store

As a small business owner, it’s important to constantly expand your store by adding new products and features or improving already existing ones. With Listbuy, you can always add new products seamlessly. Trust us, the process is as easy as counting on your toes.

Launched a new product? Let your customers know about it! Here’s how it works:

Click on “Add Product”

When you visit your profile’s menu at the top left corner of your screen, you’d be shown different options including “View products” and “Add Product”. Click on “Add Product” to go on to the next phase.

Fill in Basic Information

At this stage, all you have to do is to fill in basic information and details about your new product. This includes the product’s name, type, price and of course, a short description of the product. You’d also be required to provide a picture of the product so customers can see what it looks like.

Submit

Once you’ve filled in the required fields, simply click on “Submit”. Voila! You’ve successfully added a new product and customers can see it each time they visit your store.

We’ve all forgotten our passwords – phone, email and account passwords – at some point. So, it’s no biggie if you do forget your password on ListBuy. Luckily, you can recover and reset your password in just a few steps. Here’s how:

Click on “Forgot Password”

Kindly fill in your email address and click on “forgot password”. You’d be required to provide your email address again in order to receive a verification code. Once you receive this code, fill it in the provided fields.

Reset/Confirm New Password

Once you’ve filled in the verification code, you’d be taken to a new page where you can now create a new password and confirm it. Once you’ve done this, you can thengo back to the login page and input your new password.

Pro Tip: When creating a new password, try using an unforgettable one. That way, you’d never have to reset your password again.

At Listbuy, you can choose between two shipping methods: manual shipping or autoshipping. Here’s how to set up either of these two shipping options:

Auto Shipping

Auto shipping is set up automatically for every store created on the Listbuy platform.

Manual Shipping
  1. Click on the menu at the top left corner of your screen
  2. Click on “shipping”
  3. Select “manual shipping”
  4. Set up your preferred shipping rate.

  • Click on the menu at the top left corner of your screen.
  • Click on “Wallet”.
  • Input your desired withdrawal amount.
  • Select your preferred currency (USD or Naira).
  • Request withdrawal.

Want to reach out to potential customers via social media? Here’s how to share youronline store to any social media platform of your choice:

  1. Click on the menu at the top left corner of your screen.
  2. Select “Storefront”.
  3. Click on “About store”.
  4. Share store to your preferred social media platforms.

Wondering how much it costs to use our platform? Well, it’s simple. We run two payment models and they include:

Pay as you sell

We also call this our ‘Starter’ plan. For users on this plan, the platform is free. However, we do charge 5% on every cost of goods or services sold. This plan was created for very small businesses.

Subscription

This has two sub- plans: A ‘Basic’ and a ‘Premium Plan’. These two plans come with more features and benefits than the ‘Starter’ plan. We charge users on these plans $15 and $55 respectively per month to use the platform. However, they get great value for their money and don’t have to break the bank to run their online stores.

On ListBuy, you can always view your products at any time. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Click on the menu at the top left corner of your screen.
  2. Click on “Products”.
  3. Select “View Products”.
  4. You’d be shown a list of your products alongside their images and descriptions.

Pro Tip: You can also add new products to your online store with no hassle at all.

At ListBuy, we help our customers auto-integrate with shipping companies. Here’s what we did. We’ve partnered with a number of top-notch logistics companies. This helps to speed up deliveries and equally makes the delivery process seamless.

Depending on your preference, you could opt for auto-shipping or manual shipping. With auto-shipping, the logistics services will automatically charge your buyers for shipping and deliver the goods to them swiftly.

However, with manual shipping, you’d need to set up the shipping process and fix your preferred shipping rates.
